Refund policy

Please note this policy covers online orders only. For information regarding orders placed in-store, please contact us.

Return policy

Customer cannot return for change of mind if they have purchased the item with a sale discount either online or in-store.

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if yourself or the recipient/s of a gift have a change of mind
  • We do not exchange for cash
  • Items can be exchanged for a store credit or item/s of the same value or higher
  • Items must not be damaged or worn and should be in original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Personalised and custom manufacturing items can not be returned or exchanged
  • Proof of purchase must be presented
  • Promotional and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind
  • Christmas gifts (items purchased In December) have an extended return period until 31st January the following year
  • Birthday vouchers and loyalty discounts are NOT to used with sale or last chance or any other discounts, customer must use them on a separate sale with full priced items

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive online orders. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nangargems.com.au and send your item to: Nangar Gems 169 Macquarie St Dubbo NSW 2830.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 169 Macquarie St Dubbo New South Wales 2830

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
